On Tuesday evening at the club of volunteers in Mukalla city, Dar Al-Ma’arif for Research and Statistics organized a panel on “The Role of the Judicial System in Achieving Social Peace”, recommending a number of points, including accelerating the return of activities and the daily work of the courts to look in people’s matters and also to normalize the life in Hadramout which would raise our development.

The panel which was attended by Mr. Mohammed Salem Bahbari, Judge. Mansour Ahmed Al-Amiri, the undersecretary of the ministry of legal affairs for the research sector and gazette and Mr. Najib Saeed Khanbash, the bar association of Hadramout, provided many points and subjects about  restarting  the work of judicial authority in order to adjudicate the cases of citizens ,and also about the role of judges in reforming.

At the beginning of the panel, Mr. Abdul Aziz Saleh Jaber, the executive director of Dar Al-Ma’arif , welcomed the guests and thanked them for accepting the invitation. Mr. Abdul Aziz talked about the establishment of al-Dar that aims to raise citizens’ awareness of the challenges and risks surrounding them. He also spoke about building a big database with the latest scientific and technical ways and methods, and to cooperate with experts scientists and specialists to produce studies and scientific research on cases related to Hadramout and the country, as well as providing scientific consultations to governmental and private institutions and preparing and publishing research and studies

Jaber confirmed that Dar Al-Ma’arif for Research and Statistics is about to establish a number of training courses and scientific meetings that serve the Hadrami community.

During the panel, he asked a number of questions, inquiries and observations that was answered by the quests.

The panel was also attended by Mr. Khalid Al-Kathiri, advisor to the Governor of Hadramout for Tribal Affairs , Judge. Mohammed Bin Taleb, Head of the public funds court of Hadramout, Mr. Salim Abdullah Babtain, vice president of the bar association in Hadramout. Mr. Saeed Abdullah Bakran, the chairman of Dar Al-Ma’arif, and a number of lawyers, media and interested.
