The agreement was signed by Mr. Saeed Bukran, Chairman of Dar Al Ma’arif for Research and Statistics and Dr. Khaled Bouadhi, Head of the Center for Environmental Studies and Water Resources. The agreement includes encouraging and coordinating cooperation between the two sides in the city of Mukalla. Developing various fields related to scientific research, conducting technical and environmental studies and exchange experiences related to their field of work, and promoting and developing the consultative and technical integration, training and environmental studies of both sides.

In turn, the chairman of Dar Al Ma’arif for Research and Statistics welcomed the complementary partnership with the Hadramout Center for Environmental Studies and Water Resources in various fields, starting with the preparation of joint plans that contribute to the joint integration of projects and applied scientific studies to serve the development of environmental studies.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ali Baabad, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology for Student Affairs, Mr. Fahad Al-Sumhi, Projects Manager of Center for Environmental Studies and Water Resources at Hadramout University, Dr. Abdullah bin Ghouth, Director of Research and Statistics, and Mr. Muthanna Mahfouz Badrees, programs and activities director of Dar alma’arif .
